I am nominating “Closet Cooking” http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/ which is buy a Kevin in Ontario, CA that has a closet sized kitchen that he creates many unique and tasty dishes out of. He indicates on his blog he realized he was fixing the same few dishes over and over and decided to change all of that and now spends his free time searching for and coming up with new recipes and shares them on his blog.
