Lipton Green Tea Superfruit {Giveaway}

One thing I have always wanted to be is a tea drinker.  I sort of imagine that people who drink tea are (and these are wildly opinionated assumptions on my part) intelligent, thoughtful, introspective, and peaceful people.

About the only word that describes me in that sentence was “people”.  Just saying.

So when I had the opportunity to review some Lipton products I was so excited!  I have had to dramatically cut back on my coffee drinking in the last year being pregnant and now  nursing mama,  tea is the perfect replacement.

My favorite flavor is the Superfruit Purple Acai and Blueberry.  I adore it!

They also sent along White Mangosteen and Peach as well as Red Goji and Raspberry.

I would love to know how you enjoy your tea. Just for letting me know and joining in on the conversation you will be entered for a chance to win a great Lipton gift pack:

  • A year’s supply of Lipton Tea
  • A Tea Kettle
  • A Tea Box
  • A Mug/Saucer
  • A travel tumbler
  • $50 Amazon gift card
And clearly I have been transformed into an intelligent, thoughtful, introspective and peaceful person.  Did you know that Superfruit also translates into Super Powers?  :) One thing I have always wanted to be is a tea drinker.  I sort of imagine that people who drink tea are (and these are wildly opinionated assumptions on my part) intelligent, thoughtful, introspective, and peaceful people.

Hi Sweet Friend. I AM a tea-drinker, and YES! — all of those descriptives are spot on! We are lovely people – LOL. So glad you have joined our ranks! (grin) Typically I drink regular Lipton tea — but I have been known to sneak in a flavored variety here and there. I like my tea HOT, and w/ 2 Splenda pkts, thank you. I am not a “sipper”… mostly because I don’t like it when the tea grows luke warm. Just not the same. Bet that’s more than you ever wanted to know about me, but thanks for listening, and for the chance to win. =) ~Sally

Me and my cup of tea have a love affair going. We are inseperable. I love mine with a dash of ginger, elaichi and some cloves. It kickstarts my day in the most amazing way ever. A tea lover am, I have tried flavors – chocolate, vanilla, peach, orange, grape, lemon grass and strawberry! My most favourite of these was certainly grape and lemon grass :)

I am definitely a born and bred tea drinker. I love hot vanilla almond tea or chai with milk and sugar. Jasmine tea is also wonderful. It always tastes better with a cookie as well. :)

I AM a tea drinker. Growing up in NY that was all we knew – hot tea with sugar and milk. I also am not a “sipper” I like it hot. I drink decaf Red Rose although I do frequent Starbucks on my way to work for an “Awake” or a “Chai”! Also have a huge collection of tea sets, with two daughters and two granddaughters there is often a tea parting happening at my house. Welcome to the world of intelligent, thoughtful, introspective, and peaceful people!

Haha so funny, I too share the same feelings as you do about tea drinkers, and only share in the “people” part of the description! :-) I love the concept of tea, but I usually need the coffee instead. I wish I would have thought of the caffeine free tea substitute option when I was pregnant and nursing.

My tea must-haves are cream and sugar! I try to be more healthy and drink it without, but unless it’s a green tea, or super fruity (which your favorite sounds like it may be a good candidate!), I have to have cream and sugar.

Love these images! My great-grandmother always drank tea from beautiful old china, and these images bring me right back to afternoons in her apartment when I was a child. Thank you for sharing!

We are all tea drinkers here. My husband enjoys green tea and yerba mate, but the kids and I enjoy a nice cup of herbal tea during the colder months. I have an older set of little espresso cups, from my pre-motherhood days, that are a great size for the kids. Some of our favorites are orange, pomegranate, lemon, and raspberry. One of our favorite breakfasts is homemade bread toasted and a cup of tea, that’s not to say that we don’t also enjoy it at lunch and super.

Okay, I’ve got some recommendations for you, based on your love of all things cake:

    Vanilla Cream from Kungaloosh
    http://www.kungaloosh.com/vanilla-cream-loose-leaf.htm

    and

Vanilla Almond from the Republic of Tea
    http://www.republicoftea.com/product.aspx?p=V00582

Both are excellent with milk, and if you also add sugar, it’s like dessert in a cup.
