1. Have a baby within 50 feet of me.

2. Go shopping (browsing) in Macy’s baby section.  Can you say ca-ute?

3. See a perfect baby belly.

The kids and I went over to cousin Leah’s  yesterday.

She asked if I could come and take pictures of her flawless baby belly (my words, not hers) and I said yes.  I tend to do that when anyone asks me to do anything.

I told her I had never taken pregnancy pictures before and she just shrugged and said, “You cant do any worse then my husband.”

Ha!  Love it.

She has about two weeks left… I am SO excited!!

Is that not the most perfect baby bump you have ever seen??  She should be on the cover of magazines!

So yeah.

Its pretty safe to say I have baby fever… but thankfully, Leah will be having her baby soon, so I will get to hold a precious newborn!

Do you think that will help my baby fever or make it worse? 😉

  1. Oh my goodness that IS the perfect belly!! My pregnant belly would have scared small children. LOL

  2. It will make it worse – I was just starting to feel and then a friend had a baby in Jan – now it’s in full force!!! lol

  3. Great pics…nothing more beautiful than a mother to be.
I wish I had another child. I really wish we had had one when our kids entered their teens…then I wouldn’t be facing this whole empty nest thing soon. It stinks.

  4. Um… I”m sure it will make it worse!!! Unless, of course, you spend a lot of time over there at night and remember all the sleepless nights!
Great job on the pictures… and…wow.. I wish I looked that good at the end of my pregnancies. 🙂
    Blessings to you,
    Kari

  5. Well, it might make it worse. But just think about how she has to stay up all nigh with that cute crying baby and you get to go home, get all snug in your covers, and sleep soundly through the night.
More things to ponder when coming down with a baby fever:
    *sore nipples
    *leaky nipples
    *8-10 diapers a day
*ginormous maxi pads for at least 2 weeks
*hemorroids (not that I got them)
*wearing maternity clothes till your baby can talk (not that I did)
    *spit up
    *the way spit up smells
    Did that help?

  6. Wow…had a touch of baby fever until I read The Lumberjack’s Wife comment! That’s too funny…and scary! My sister has a newborn foster baby that is absolutely beautiful–getting a good baby fix but definitely makes me wonder about a #4! Well, we’d have to say #4/5 — we have 50% chance of having twins again! Guess I’m content again!

  7. Um, yea, I’m thinking that it might make it worse. At least, that’s what it would do to me. 🙂
For me, tiny little baby dishes and clothes do the same thing…

  8. That really IS a flawless baby belly!
    Gorgeous photos, Amanda!
Is anyone venturing guesses as to what she’s having? I think it’s a boy.
