Each one of these is so fantastic for such unique and cool reasons.
French Kids Eat Everything by Karen Le Billon
This is the book I have been secretly praying for. The caption reads, “How our family moved to France, cured picky eating, banned snacking, and discovered 10 simple rules for raising happy, healthy eaters.” Believe me, those 10 rules are amazing. Definitely worth checking out!
Savory Sweet Life by Alice Currah
I feel like Alice wrote this book just for me. Her recipes are divine, her commentary a secret peak into her life, and her photography is exceptional. I cant say enough good things about this book. I so hope that you can own one, that you can hold it in your hands and find joy in each page and beautiful dish.
Desserts in Jars by Shaina Olmanson
The fact that Shaina is a perfectionist makes this book unlike any other. Her recipes are perfection. She ranges from desserts that your three year old can make to beautiful delicate decadent treats exquisite enough for the most grand occasion. Shaina did her own photography and really proved herself to be among the best in the business.
SprinkleBakes by Heather Baird
Quite possibly one of the most creative and original cook books I have ever seen. You will be nothing short of amazed at the jaw dropping creations that Heather so brilliantly shared. This book is like nothing out there. I am in awe of Heathers talent!
Canning for a New Generation by Liana Krissoff
If you like canning this book is a must have. It came out in 2010 and became the go to book in our house. Broken up by seasons and all encompassing, this book leaves nothing uncovered.
Sweet Designs by Amy Atlas
Amy is such a trend setter! Many have mimicked her style but she still reigns supreme. Her recipe for chocolate cupcakes is killer, as well as every other recipe she shares. I love that I can sit down and enjoy her book like a great magazine… its all eye candy!

Sprinkle Bakes made a chocolate cake, like 7 sins chocolate cake. Something like that on her blog and it looked amazing (as does all her stuff) but I still dream about it.

Drooling over Canning for a New Generation! My grandmother preserved lots of things, and never taught anyone how to! My mother-in-law taught me over the phone how to can jam, which led to all kinds of other things with many problems being fixed over the phone. And now I am launching out and trying new things and finding new ways of doing things that are helping her too! I love that this book is ordered by seasons, and I would love to make Chamomile-Scented Strawberry syrup!

Those are some great books! I’ve been eying so many of them for a while now, especially Sprinkle Bakes. I don’t think there’s anything on her site that I DON’T want to try, but that macaron cake on the front page is especially intriguing (and gorgeous)!
