You are too sweet! I love your segments. You wanting to wear your necklace, even broken, made me smile. I am thinking how glad I am that I will have a new, working stove on Friday!! I will be baking my cookies! (2-3 week wait on a part–no thank you! We have gone almost 2 weeks without already! Oven is 15 years old anyway!) I am praying for our sponsored 13 yr. old child in Rwanda. SO excited to have received our first letter from her this morning! I was joyed to hear she has a family of both parents and two siblings. Looking forward to supporting her with love, prayer, friendship, and financial assistance.

wow, so much to be thankful for Kristin! I will be praying with you and for you in this new stage in your life… you are such a blessing to that child already!

I LOVE your necklace! I noticed before you even said anything about it. I used to have a pair of high heel black shoes that I loved but couldn’t wear out because they were too big. Instead I wore them while I cleaned the bathroom. We all need a little (or a lot) of fabulous in our lives.

I haven’t gotten to bake anything lately but I’m thinking about making your bumblebee cake for my baby’s first birthday in March! She’s having a bumblebee party and while I’m excited to plan it all, I’m SO SAD that she’s almost one. I can’t handle it.

While cleaning the bathroom? You are my hero.

Can I just say – you are fabulous in every way! I admire you so much for your baking (duh!), but even more for the way you put yourself out there in a beautifully vulnerable, lovable, humorous way! Please keep doing what you do…and pray for me as this 56-yr old baker struggles with a decision to leap into the blogosphere!

    • Amanda says:

Thank you. And Definitely praying with you Sarah!

Ok, seriously that necklace is fabulous and I love that you are wearing it around the house for mojo!!!! Although girl, you do not need that necklace because you are stinking fabulous on your own!!! Today I’m making some more mint krispie treats in football shapes because duh, super bowl…why not be cute right? Praying…I have so much to get done this week before vacation and I’m totally overwhelmed.

Praying for peace and clarity and safe travels for you!!!
