Peppermint White Russian
Peppermint White Russian is a cocktail made with peppermint schnapps, Kahlua, vodka, and heavy cream served in a candy cane-rimmed glass.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 candy cane, crushed
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- crushed ice
- 2 ounces peppermint schnapps
- 1 ounce kahlua
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- mint leaves and/or candy canes, optional for garnish
Instructions
- On a small plate, add simple syrup.
- On a separate small plate, combine the crushed candy cane and granulated sugar.
- Dip the rim of a low ball glass in the simple syrup and then into the candy cane and sugar mixture.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the peppermint schnapps, Kahlua, vodka, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately with optional mint leaves and/or candy canes for garnish.
