- 8 ounces chopped chocolate
- 2 cup heavy cream heated to simmering boil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Vanilla Extract
Chop chocolate.Heat the cream in a saucepan until the mixture begins to steam.Pour over the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Add in vanilla.Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. If necessary, reheat very briefly to soften any remaining hard bits of chocolate.
