  • 1/4 c PURE maple syrup I used organic
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c ripe mashed banana
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c AP flour
  • 1 c powder sugar

Instructions

  • In mixer on low speed, cream together vanilla, eggs, banana, sugar and 2 sticks room temp. butter. Turn off mixer and add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, raisins and oats. Turn mixer to low for 30 seconds, then medium for about a minute. Do not over mix.
