  • 28 ounces frozen steak fries
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, thick-cut
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Add steak fries to prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and toss to coat. Bake according to package directions.

  3. Meanwhile, fry bacon and drain on paper towels. Cool 10 minutes, then crumble.
  4. Remove fries from the oven. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes longer.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with bacon pieces and scallions. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve hot.
