Preheat oven to 350°F.
In the bowl of your mixer cream butter and sugar until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add in extracts and egg.
Add sugar, milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate to the bowl and whisk until fully combined. Frosting will not be overly runny. Pour into piping bag and pipe onto cookies or simply spread with offest spatula.
Cover with chocolate jimmies if desired.
