Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a perfect blend of your favorite buffalo chicken wings, all rolled up into a spicy handheld meal, complete with a side of ranch or blue cheese, depending on how you like it!  If you love buffalo sauce, make sure to check out my homemade buffalo sauce recipe!

Ingredients

  • cups  (250 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/2  cup  buffalo sauce
  • large flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1/4  cup  (60 g) ranch
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup (113 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (37 g) red pepper, chopped
  • cup  (47 g) shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • In a skillet, over medium heat, combine the chicken and buffalo sauce, mix well and heat through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lay out tortillas and spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the center of each.
  • Top each with 1/4 of the ranch dressing, tomato, cheese, red pepper, and lettuce.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll into a wrap.
