  • 2   tablespoons   unsalted butter
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts,  cut into 1/4-inch piece
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese,  room temperature
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup (169 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (38 g) blue cheese crumbles,  optional


  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the chicken and the buffalo sauce and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F.
  4. Add the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and shredded cheese.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  7. Stir well before serving.
  8. Sprinkle with Blue Cheese crumbles, optional.
