Ingredients
2cupsbacon and turkey drippings,fat strained out (add turkey stock if more is needed)
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
3tablespoonsflour
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour to create a paste, cook 1 additional minute.
Gradually pour in bacon turkey drippings.
Whisk in salt and pepper.
Simmer over medium heat until gravy is thickened. Serve hot.
