Ingredients

  • crushed ice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced

Milk Mixture

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla syrup* (see notes for more information)
  • ½ teaspoons orange extract

Instructions

  • Fill each glass halfway with crushed ice. (The more ice you use the more diluted the drink will be, so start with a small amount.)
  • Slice an orange and put about three slices in each glass.

Milk Mixture

  • In a large bowl or pitcher, stir together the milk, vanilla syrup, and orange extract. Pour half of the milk mixture into each glass and serve.

Notes

What is Vanilla Syrup?

Vanilla Syrup is what is adding to flavored coffee drinks. If you have ever ordered a Vanilla Latte they added vanilla syrup to it. It is basically a concentrated version of simple syrup with vanilla flavoring or vanilla bean added to it. If you don't want to make simple syrup you can also use maple syrup is a substitute.
