Avocado Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

I recently started the Paleo Diet.

As someone who has a full fledged addiction to carbs, dairy and sugar, this has been a challenge to say the least.

Ingredients

  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 c kale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 -3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or juicer and mix for 30 seconds-1 minute. (I have a blender so I needed to mix a bit longer.)

  2. Serve immediately.
