- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 ½ ounces simple syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces light rum
- 2 ounces apple cider
- crushed ice
- club soda
- apples, sliced for garnish
- mint leaves, for garnish
To a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle to release the mint flavor.
Add lime juice, rum, apple cider, and crushed ice. Shake until well chilled.
Fill 2 high-ball glasses with crushed ice. Drain the mixture into the prepared glasses.
Top with club soda. Garnish with sliced apples and mint leaves. Cheers!
