Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ½ ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • crushed ice
  • club soda
  • apples, sliced for garnish
  • mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  • To a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle to release the mint flavor.
  • Add lime juice, rum, apple cider, and crushed ice. Shake until well chilled.
  • Fill 2 high-ball glasses with crushed ice. Drain the mixture into the prepared glasses.
  • Top with club soda. Garnish with sliced apples and mint leaves. Cheers!
