- 4 Baby Spring Salad Mix
- 1 Medium Carrot, Grated
- 1 can sweet corn kernels
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ¼ Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
Salad
To a large bowl or 4 small bowls, add spring mix, grated carrot, corn kernels, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, and avocado ranch dressing. Toss to combine.
Place the chicken atop each salad and serve.
