Buffalo Chicken Wrap

- 2 cups (250 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- ¼ cup (60 g) ranch
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 cup (113 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup (37 g) red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup (47 g) shredded lettuce
In a skillet, over medium heat, combine the chicken and buffalo sauce, mix well and heat through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lay out tortillas and spoon ¼ of the chicken mixture into the center of each.
Top each with ¼ of the ranch dressing, tomato, cheese, red pepper, and lettuce.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll into a wrap.
