Crockpot Christmas Candy

Crockpot Christmas Candy is a sweet, salty, and minty holiday treat made with peanuts, creamy white chocolate, and crushed candy canes. Melted together in a slow cooker, it's as easy as it is festive!

  • To the bowl of a crockpot, add salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, white chocolate chips, almond bark, and ¾ cup crushed candy canes. (Reserve the rest for topping.)
  • Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to low heat.
  • After the ingredients have started to melt, stir once. Continue cooking on low for 1-2 hours, or until everything melts.
  • Remove lid. Stir ingredients well.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, dollop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crushed candy canes over the top.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until fully set.
