Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen peach slices
  • 1 ¼ cups (306 g) whole milk, or more to reach your desired consistency
  • ½ cup (122.5 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (22.5 g) old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup (85 g) honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen peach slices, milk, Greek yogurt, oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
