- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen peach slices
- 1 ¼ cups (306 g) whole milk, or more to reach your desired consistency
- ½ cup (122.5 g) plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (22.5 g) old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup (85 g) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
