- 1 ⅓ cups (167 g) confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup (100 g) peanut butter powder
- ¾ cup (88 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup (51 g) powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For Serving
- 1 cup (245 g) whole milk
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup peanut butter hot cocoa mix
In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioner’s sugar, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, powdered milk, and cornstarch until fully combined and no lumps remain.
Transfer the mix to an airtight jar or container. Store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
To Make a Mug of Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa
To a microwave-safe mug, add 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Heat in the microwave until the milk is warm and the peanut butter softens enough to stir in easily (1 to 1 ½ minutes).
Add ½ cup of peanut butter hot cocoa mix and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
