Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Add the orange juice, pineapple chunks, banana, turmeric, ginger, honey, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
