Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, from about 8 to 10 lemons
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups club soda, optional
  • Ice, for serving

For Garnish (Optional)

  • Lemon slices
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the lemon juice and cold water.
  • Stir in the pineapple juice until well mixed.
  • Add the granulated sugar and stir well until completely dissolved.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Just before serving, stir in the club soda (if using) for light bubbles. This step is optional but adds a refreshing texture.
  • Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch over the top, and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
