Tropical Champagne Cocktail
Tropical Champagne Cocktail is a refreshing alcoholic drink made with coconut rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and prosecco.
Servings: 1 drink
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce grenadine
- Prosecco, enough to top off the drink
- maraschino cherries, for garnish
In a large wine glass filled with ice, add the rum, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
Top the drink off with Prosecco. Stir to mix.
Serve immediately, garnished with maraschino cherries (optional).
