  • 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups (288g) strawberries, stems removed (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup (120g) almond milk, or any kind of milk you prefer
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup ice


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until well blended. Add more ice and/or water to reach your desired consistency.
