Buffalo Chicken Dip

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing party dip! This creamy, cheesy, appetizer is always an amazingly flavorful winner and can be made right in your crock-pot!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese Cubed
  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a 2 quart or larger slow cooker add the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and buffalo wing sauce.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook dip on low for 1-2 hours until hot and bubbly.
  4. Stir well before serving.
  5. (Optional: Spoon dip into a bowl and sprinkle with blue cheese crumble)
    Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, and vegetables.
