Mint Chocolate Oreo Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups (425 g) white chocolate chips
  • 4 drops green food coloring, more or less as preferred
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 24  Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly spray the paper with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • To a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Heat in 20-30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
  •  Stir in the food coloring and peppermint extract.
  • Add the condensed milk and most of the chopped Oreos, reserving some for garnish. The mixture will become thick.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with reserved chopped Oreos.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, up to overnight until completely set. Serve.
