- 2 ½ cups (425 g) white chocolate chips
- 4 drops green food coloring, more or less as preferred
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 24 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly spray the paper with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
To a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Heat in 20-30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the food coloring and peppermint extract.
Add the condensed milk and most of the chopped Oreos, reserving some for garnish. The mixture will become thick.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with reserved chopped Oreos.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, up to overnight until completely set. Serve.
