  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Vidalia onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp chives, minced
  • Toasted baguettes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir mayo, sour cream, gouda, romano cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot sauce together until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a skillet and bake for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from oven then cool 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Top with chives and serve with toasted baguettes.
