Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, or frozen
  • cup sour cream*
  • cup milk, any kind you have on hand
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 45 seconds-1 minute.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

*You can omit the sour cream if you'd like! A great substitution is an avocado.
