Ingredients
3tablespoonsold-fashioned oats
1cupfresh spinach
1cupfresh blueberries,or frozen
⅓cupsour cream*
⅔cupmilk,any kind you have on hand
3ripebananas
1cupcrushed ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 45 seconds-1 minute.
Serve immediately.
Notes
*You can omit the sour cream if you'd like! A great substitution is an avocado.
