Strawberry Frosé
This Strawberry Frosé is cold, fruity, and just what you need (yes, need 😜) on a warm day. Made with frozen strawberries, chilled rosé, and a little sugar, it blends into a smooth, slushy drink that’s perfect for sipping on the patio or sharing with friends!

- 2 cups (298 g) frozen strawberries
- 2 cups (16 ounces) rosé wine, chilled (we used a dry rosé)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2-3 cups ice
- strawberries, sliced, for garnish
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, rosé wine, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container, pressing with a spoon or spatula to extract all the liquid. Discard any seeds or pulp.
Pour the strained mixture back into the blender. Add 2 cups of ice and blend until smooth and slushy. Add more ice if you want a thicker texture.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
