- 1 cup (250 g) frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (165 g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup (237 g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 frozen bananas
- ¾ cup (184 g) whole milk
- ¼ cup (285 g) plain Greek yogurt
In a blender, combine raspberries, mango, pineapple, banana, milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
