  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • To a large pot over medium-low heat, add butter and ½ cup caramel sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until the butter has melted.
  • Add salt and marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows have dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Spray a rubber spatula with nonstick spray to prevent sticking. Using the spatula, fold in the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well-coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it into an even layer.
  • Allow the bars to cool to room temperature, 30 minutes to an hour. Garnish with the remaining caramel and more salt before cutting and serving.
