Homemade Croutons

Homemade Croutons are packed with flavor, will melt in your mouth, and are easy enough to make that you will never want store-bought croutons again!

Ingredients

  • 9 slices French Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 12 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Stir in parsley. Remove from heat.
  • Add the bread cubes and toss to coat. Place the skillet directly into the oven. (Depending on the size of your skillet you may need to work in batches.)
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.
