Ingredients
1egg,room temperature
1 ½teaspoonsDijon mustard
1cupextra virgin olive oil,room temperature
½cupParmigiano cheese,grated
1tablespoongarlic,minced
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
4tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
2anchovy fillets,mashed (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a large mason jar.
Blend using an immersion blender until the dressing has emulsified (1-2 minutes)
