Ingredients

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh cherries
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  • Let the frozen lemonade concentrate sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or microwave for 20 to 30 seconds (if in a microwave-safe container) until slightly softened and easy to scoop or pour.
  • Add the lemonade concentrate and cherry ice cream to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and thick like a milkshake.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of milk or cherry juice and blend again. If you want a frostier texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend until combined.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh cherries or lemon slices if desired.

Notes

*Any cherry ice cream will work here. Store-bought is often called Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream and works beautifully in this recipe.
