- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Cinnamon

- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8 or 9-inch round pie dish with baker's spray, goop, or parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon with a fork.
Spread 3 tablespoons butter over the dough so that it covers the entire surface.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and spice mixture evenly over the butter.
Starting at the edge that is 6 inches long, roll up the dough into a log.
Cut into 6 even pieces.
Place rolls in pie dish on its side so that layers of the roll is visible.
Bake for 25-35 minutes. Rolls should be dark brown but not burned.
Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
While the rolls are baking, add cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Mix on low to just combine. Once ingredients are all incorporated, turn mixer on high and leave it for 4-5 minutes. Frosting should be light and fluffy.
When rolls are done baking, allow them to cool for up to five minutes.
While the rolls are still warm, generously spread the frosting over the tops. Serve warm.
