Cranberry Honey Butter

Cranberry Honey Butter is a sweet and tangy spread perfect for any time you want to add a festive touch to your meals! Butter is blended with whole-berry cranberry sauce, giving it a burst of tartness, while honey adds a sweetness to each bite. I love it on rolls, biscuits, or even pancakes and waffles.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Increase mixer speed to high. Whip for 5-7 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed, until the butter is airy and lighter in color.
  • Add the cranberry sauce, honey, and salt. Mix on low until fully incorporated, about 1 more minute.
  • Serve immediately on pastries, pancakes, or biscuits.

Shaping Cranberry Honey Butter Into A Log

  • To make a log of compound butter, scoop the cranberry honey butter onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll the butter into a log shape, pressing and shaping as you go. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap together to secure the log, and refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours or up to overnight).
