Cranberry Honey Butter
Cranberry Honey Butter is a sweet and tangy spread perfect for any time you want to add a festive touch to your meals! Butter is blended with whole-berry cranberry sauce, giving it a burst of tartness, while honey adds a sweetness to each bite. I love it on rolls, biscuits, or even pancakes and waffles.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Increase mixer speed to high. Whip for 5-7 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed, until the butter is airy and lighter in color.
Add the cranberry sauce, honey, and salt. Mix on low until fully incorporated, about 1 more minute.
Serve immediately on pastries, pancakes, or biscuits.
Shaping Cranberry Honey Butter Into A Log
To make a log of compound butter, scoop the cranberry honey butter onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll the butter into a log shape, pressing and shaping as you go. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap together to secure the log, and refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours or up to overnight).
