- 1 cup (245 g) whole milk
- ½ cup (142.5 g) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup (70 g) frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, sliced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice cubes, 8-10 large ice cubes
To a blender, add milk and yogurt. Blend to combine.
Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, and honey. Blend to combine.
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more honey or milk, then blend again briefly.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
