High Protein Berry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (245 g) whole milk
  • ½ cup (142.5 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (70 g) frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, sliced
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes, 8-10 large ice cubes

Instructions

  • To a blender, add milk and yogurt. Blend to combine.
  • Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, and honey. Blend to combine.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more honey or milk, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
