  • bag (9 ounces) Oyster Crackers
  • 1/4  cup (54.5g) canola oil
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • tablespoon lime juice


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the oil and seasoning in a large bowl. When combined, toss in crackers and stir until the crackers are completely coated in oil and seasoning.

  3. Transfer crackers to prepared baking sheet, and spread them out so they are in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. When crackers are golden brown and slightly crispy, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Sprinkle lime juice for an added flavor.
