- 3 ½ cups (637 g) milk chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup (258 g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (125 g) confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (188 g) Reese’s Pieces Candy
Line a 10x15-inch baking pan with wax paper. Set aside.
To a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add 1 ½ cups chocolate chips. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the wax paper, leaving a small border around the edges. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
To a medium bowl, add peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and butter. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, mix until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled chocolate layer. Refrigerate again until set, another 5-10 minutes.
To a separate microwave-safe bowl, add the remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between intervals, until melted and smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle Reese’s Pieces candy evenly over the top, pressing gently to adhere.
Refrigerate until completely set, about 10 minutes.
Once firm, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
