  • Set out two small plates.
  • Add caramel sauce to one plate. To the second plate, add salt.
  • Carefully roll the edge of a martini glass into the caramel sauce, coating just the rim. Then dip the caramel rim into the salt. Set aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour the apple cider and caramel vodka into the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.
  • Serve.
