Ingredients

  • 3 cups (495 g) ripe mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (240 g) full-fat canned coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 ½ cups (258 g) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • chopped mango, for garnish
  • sweetened shredded coconut, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the mango chunks, chilled coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour into chilled glasses.
  • Garnish with chopped mango and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
