- 1 cup (90 g) instant coffee granules
- ¾ cup (90 g) nonfat dry milk powder, or plain powdered coffee creamer
- ¾ cup (90 g) French vanilla powdered coffee creamer
- ⅓ cup (30 g) Dutch-process cocoa powder
- ½ cup (60 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Optional Toppings for Prepared Mocha
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant coffee, dry milk powder, French vanilla creamer, cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar, and cornstarch until well combined and no lumps remain.
Transfer the mocha latte mix to an airtight container or jar.
To Prepare a Hot Mocha Latte
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the mocha latte mix to a mug.
Pour in 8 to 10 ounces of hot water or steamed milk. Stir until fully dissolved.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or your favorite toppings, if desired.
