Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crust

  • In a small bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until all crumbs are coated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a deep 9-inch pie pan.

Brownie

  • To a large bowl, add sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk to combine, making sure eggs are incorporated.
  • Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  • Carefully spread the batter into the prepared Oreo crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed. Set aside to cool completely before adding the filling.

Filling

  • In a medium bowl, combine marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Spoon the mixture evenly over the cooled brownie layer.

Topping

  • Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. If not serving immediately, cover and chill the pie in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • When ready, drizzle with caramel and hot fudge. Cut and serve.
