Snickers Pie is an Oreo cookie crust topped with a brownie layer, then filled with a marshmallow fluff and peanut butter mixture, topped with peanuts, caramel, and hot fudge. It gives you all of the flavors and textures of a Snickers candy bar but in a decadent pie form! Just like a Snickers satisfies, this dessert will surely satisfy the sweetest tooth! I also have a supersized Homemade Snickers you may want to try, too!
Ingredients & Substitutions
Crust: If crushing Oreo cookies, use a food processor for the finest crumb. Then, be sure the butter fully coats each crumb to hold it together. If you donโt have a food processor, place the cookies in a sealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin or wine bottle to crush the cookies. A store-bought Oreo crust would also work.
Brownie Layer: The brownie layer is a homemade brownie mix that yields the best brownies! In a pinch, you could use a boxed brownie mix. If using a boxed mix, bake the brownies according to the package instructions.
Marshmallow Fluff: Marshmallow fluff, or marshmallow creme, is a gooey, spreadable concoction that tastes like marshmallows. You can make homemade fluff or use a 7-ounce jar of store-bought.
Peanut Butter: I prefer creamy peanut butter to mix with marshmallow fluff for the filling. However, you could use the chunky variety for more texture.
Toppings: To mimic the flavors of a Snickers bar, I topped the pie with chopped peanuts, caramel sauce, and chocolate sauce (more chocolate)! If you are not planning to serve the pie right away, wait until serving to drizzle with caramel and chocolate. I also have Salted Hot Fudge you may want to try on the pie.
Can I Make Snickers Pie Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you can make this pie ahead of time so it’s ready to go when you are! After topping the pie with peanuts, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. Wait until ready to serve before drizzling the pie with caramel and chocolate. It will last up to 2-3 days. When ready to serve, add the caramel and chocolate.
Can I Use A Different Pan?
Yes, if you don’t have a 9-inch pie pan, you could use a 9-inch square baking dish. Or, double the recipe and make the dessert in a 9×13-inch baking dish. No matter the vessel, it will still be a rich and delicious treat!

What the Test Kitchen had to say about this recipe:
Elizabeth
This is one rich dessert! I love the added peanuts to complement the peanut butter in the filling. I mean, it is a Snickers pie, so it should have nuts! I would add even more or use crunchy peanut butter.
Rachael
Snickers is one of my favorite candy bars, and this is a great pie to get all those flavors. Oreos aren't necessarily needed for the crust. But as an Oreo lover, I think you can never go wrong with adding them to a chocolate or peanut butter dessert.
Bella
So good! It is very rich, nutty, and sweet! I love the caramel drizzle. This is the perfect dessert if you love Snickers.
Annabelle
Such a fun dessert! If you like Snickers, this would be a great option for you as it captures all of those flavors perfectly!
Selena
So yummy! I probably wouldn't go to the trouble of the Oreo crust since there's a brownie bottom. Love love love the peanuts on top!
