Test Cook and Recipe Developer
Who We Are Looking For:
Do you LOVE cooking and want to expand your experience in the world of Digital Recipes and Food Media?
We are looking to immediately hire a test cook for publication to the sites www.iambaker.net and www.iamhomesteader.com.
In this role you will test and perfect recipes that will be published to our online audience. If you are the type of person that likes to work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and aren’t afraid to get a little scrappy in the kitchen, we’re looking for you!
Job Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for testing and finalizing new recipes that adhere to the COAPE, LLC brand standards and keep the brand customers in mind. Initially, all recipes will be provided for you. These will include a large variety of classic dishes (both sweet and savory).
This role will primarily be responsible for recipe execution and overall kitchen management (including inventory management and daily kitchen clean up). Once fully trained on all internal practices, recipe development will be added to regular duties. This role works hand in hand with all team members including photographers, videographers, and editors.

Food Photographer
Who We Are Looking For:
A proven and passionate food photographer to conduct professional in-studio food photoshoots 4 days a week.
Skills You Will Need:
- Strong attention to detail, and an eye for optimal lighting, clarity, and focus.
- Proven experience with the appropriate composition of food and prop selection.
- A good sense of humor and a desire to be creative.
- Experience with natural (back and side) lighting.
- Major bonus if you like to try new foods!

- The position is part-time; 25-30 hours per week during normal business hours.

- Pay range for this position is $25-$45/hour depending on Food Photography experience

Social Media Coordinator
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this position is a creative and dependable person with social media experience. We are looking for a self-driven and organized person who wants help support and build on our social media strategy. Responsibilities include
- coordinating digital content for all social media channels
- creating and editing images, graphics, pins, videos
- creating and editing reels, videos, and long form content for social media
- managing newsletters
- managing merchandise sales and creation of new merchandise
- providing detailed reports that analyze all social media data points

This requires an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

TikTok Content Creator
