Ingredients & Substitutions

Spiced Sugar Rim: Granulated sugar is mixed with pumpkin pie spice. Then, the mixture coats the rim of each glass for an added sweet and spicy element to the drink!

Pumpkin Pie Spice: Not only is pumpkin pie spice added to the rims of the glasses, but it’s also added to the cocktail mixture for the perfect autumnal treat!

Ice: Add ice to the lowball cocktail glasses for serving as well as to the shaker when mixing the ingredients.

Vodka: Vodka is the primary ingredient in a classic White Russian as well as this variation of the drink. Use your favorite brand.

Kahlua: Kahlua is a coffee-flavored liqueur. You could substitute a shot of espresso or brewed coffee in place of the Kahlua if the vodka is enough liquor for you.

Heavy Cream: Each drink is topped with heavy cream (also known as heavy whipping cream). For a little lighter variation, you could use half-and-half, milk, or coffee creamer.
