This Banana Bread Coffee Creamer is like getting a little piece of my favorite banana bread in your morning coffee! It is sweet, creamy, and full of warm banana and cinnamon flavor. Just add a splash to your coffee and enjoy a little banana bread with every sip.
You can even add it to a coffee made with my Homemade Vanilla Latte Mix for an easy banana bread latte!

Ingredients & Substitutions
- Banana: Use one medium, very ripe banana. The riper the banana, the more banana flavor you will get. No need to mash it first since it will be blended.
- Whole milk: Whole milk makes the creamer nice and creamy. You can use 2% milk, but the creamer will be a little lighter.
- Heavy cream: This gives the creamer its rich, creamy texture. You can use more milk in its place, but it will not be as creamy.
- Brown sugar: This adds sweetness and a little warm flavor. You can use maple syrup instead.
- Cinnamon: Adds that cozy flavor we love in banana bread.
- Nutmeg: You only need a little! It adds a warm spice that works well with the banana and cinnamon.
- Kosher salt: Just a pinch helps bring out all the flavors.
- Vanilla extract: Adds a little extra sweetness and flavor.

Why You’ll Love This Coffee Creamer
- Ready in 10 minutes
- Uses real banana (not artificial flavor)
- No special equipment beyond a blender
- Tastes like actual banana bread in your coffee
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Don’t let the mixture boil; it can curdle.
- Strain the creamer well for the smoothest texture.
- The banana will settle, so shake or stir before each use.

FAQs
Can I use a frozen banana?
Yes, but thaw the banana first. Frozen banana can add extra water to the creamer, so let it thaw completely and drain off any extra liquid before blending.
Can I make this coffee creamer without heavy cream?
Yes! You can replace the heavy cream with more whole milk. The creamer will be a little lighter, but it will still have plenty of banana flavor.
Can I make this creamer sweeter?
Of course. Start with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (or maple syrup), then taste the creamer after it is warmed. Add more if you want it sweeter.
How long does banana bread coffee creamer last?
Store it in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Give it a good shake before adding it to your coffee.

Ways to Use Banana Bread Coffee Creamer

- Iced coffee: Pour it over cold coffee and ice for a refreshing treat.
- Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Espresso: Add a splash of banana bread coffee creamer for a fun way to change up this iced coffee favorite.

How to Store Banana Bread Coffee Creamer
Refrigerator: Store the creamer in a covered jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The banana may settle to the bottom, so give it a good shake or stir before each use.
Freezer: I don’t recommend freezing this creamer. The milk and cream can separate when thawed, and the texture may not be as smooth. Since it only takes a few minutes to make, I prefer making a fresh batch when you need it.
