The inspiration behind everything was this sweet, bold, simple fabric.
And one of my favorite things about it, besides the awesome unconventional colors, was that precious little bee.
If you will indulge me, I would just like to show you some pictures of the finished project.
Sugar Cookies with fondant base and traditional royal icing bees.
Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and traditional royal icing embellishment.
(me trying to be artsy fartsy)
This was such an fun challenge…
I cant wait to do more! 🙂

This is a beautiful cake! I love how you were able to replicate the design so closely to the fabric. Love the green and blue colors, what a great combination! The cookies and the cupcakes go perfectly with the cake, great dessert table!
write it down on the calendar–this is the first time i’ve ever seen a bug and gone “aww!” 🙂
These are all beautiful, but those bee-biscuits are DIVINE.
I wish I could hire you to come and beautify my kitchen 🙂
Are you kidding me?! You are so amazing! This is a gorgeous wedding cake!
Absolutely amazing!!! I especially love the bee cookies! And that super tall cake stand is amazing! It all came out gorgeous!
Amanda, what a beautiful project! I love how you separated the green and blue from the fabric in the sweet treats! So elegant! Really wish I could watch you work! I literally have no idea how you work your magic with that icing! Beautiful!
They are lovely!
(But I do agree with a previous poster–those single flowers do look like pot leaves!)
These are absolutely gorgeous!! I love the color combo too-and the bee is really sweet;)
Every time I see your products I am in total amazement! Perhaps, I think you could change your “i am baker” title to “i am a great baker”. Well, I will debate on someone who will not agree.
