One of the winners of the free dozen cookies requested some Chinese New Year cookies.

She sent me a picture of an idea she had and I thought it was adorable!

The Chinese New Year officially begins on Feb. 3rd and this is the year of the Rabbit.

I must tell you… I have never wanted a KopyKat so badly as I did with this. Piping out each bunny by hand and trying to get them to look like each other was giving me brain aneurysms.

And hand cramps.
